All customers are eligible for a refund and return of goods if their purchase is not in the condition described at time of sale. In these cases Tengu Records will pay for all shipping costs. If a customer purchases an item by mistake or purchases an unwanted gift, Tengu Records will refund the cost of the item but the customer must pay the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed after the purchases has been returned in the same condition it was received in.
